Terms Of Use

Governance for all visitors, operators, and partners interacting with Omar & Blasius platforms — globalized across the jurisdictions we operate in.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Omar & Blasius Infrastructure Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") covering every property we operate — including omarandblasius.com.ng, client portals, APIs, and embedded systems. By accessing any of them you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use them.
§ 01

Acceptance & Scope

These Terms apply globally and supersede any prior agreement covering the same subject matter. Where we have a signed Master Services Agreement with you, that MSA prevails over these Terms for the specific engagement.

§ 02

Permitted Use

You may use our platforms for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, probe security boundaries without written authorization, or use the services to build a competing offering.

§ 03

Accounts & Operator Access

Operator credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and must notify support@omarandblasius.com.ng of any compromise within 24 hours.

§ 04

Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, models, weights, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it solely to deliver the service.

§ 05

Fees & Payment

Engagement fees are governed by the relevant Statement of Work or order form. Late payments accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

§ 06

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

§ 07

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For EU/UK residents, mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration seated in Abuja under the Lagos Court of Arbitration Rules, or, at the claimant's election for claims under ₦40,000,000, in the courts of the claimant's domicile.

§ 08

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced at the top of this page and via email to operators at least 30 days before they take effect.
